The national evaluation for students of the second class starts on Tuesday, May 13, with the written and communication test – written, according to the calendar established by the Ministry of Education.

The tests start at 10:00 and are held in the classrooms, where the students are two in the bank.
More time to solve the test
Unlike previous years, the duration of each sample was extended to 45 minutes, compared to 30 minutes last year. The students will receive the tests individually, and after their distribution, the teacher will read their work instructions, after a standardized form.
From the moment the time to start working on the board is noted, the access of other students in the class is no longer allowed, so the delayed will be supervised in a separate room.
If a student is absent, his test remains to the supervisor teacher, and the situation is reported as “absent”. If it participates in the next test, it can support it without recovering the missed test.
Students who finish tests earlier can check their answers, and in special situations (for example, medical problems), the test is taught immediately and reported.

Participation in National Assessment is mandatory
Participation in the National Assessment is mandatory for all students of the second class, including those with disabilities or CES diagnosis. Based on a request from parents or guardians, schools must provide conditions adapted for these children.
Results are not published and do not go through the catalog
Starting this year, the results will no longer be anonymized by codes, but will be expressed directly in scores. They will not be displayed publicly and do not go into the catalog. At the written request of parents or students, the scores can be transformed into qualifications or notes.
According to the methodology, the results are used by teachers to draw up individualized learning plans, meant to support the progress of each student.
The changes come as a result of the decisions taken by the Minister of Education, Ligia Deca, who introduced the scores instead of the codes and eliminated the evaluation of the foreign language for the 6th grade.
