With only 12 employees, the company of the life partner of the former Deputy Prime Minister Dragoș Anastasiu has obtained in recent years almost 14 million lei from direct acquisitions and auctions, especially from institutions controlled by local liberal administrations.

UniTH2B SRL company, 75% controlled by Hildegard Helene Brandl, the life partner of Dragoș Anastasiu Deputy Prime Minister, has accumulated in recent years a consistent portfolio of contracts financed from public money.
Although the name of the company does not appear frequently in the public space, it seems to have become an efficient and well -positioned actor in the landscape of procurement made by state institutions, especially from administrations dominated by the National Liberal Party.
According to the data available on the platform of terms.ro and quoted by Antena3, the company signed 31 contracts through direct procurement, totaling over 6 million lei, and earned five more important contracts by public auction, totaling over 7.6 million lei.
Direct contracts in series, from PNL administrations
Although UNITH2B has only 12 employees, the company has concluded contracts with public institutions in a total value of 13,757,695 lei (about 2.8 million euros), most of them from areas with PNL administrations or supported by this party.
Between 2018 and 2025, the company obtained 31 contracts through direct purchases, totaling 6,096,022 lei. Among the most consistent amounts are:
* 270,000 lei from Hunedoara City Hall (2025)
* 267,000 lei twice in the same year from Sibiu City Hall
* 268,000 lei from Bistrița City Hall.
In 2023 other important amounts came from:
* Deva (270,000 lei),
* Ghiroda, Timiș (250,000 lei),
* Beclean, Bistrița-Năsăud (265,000 lei),
* Tășnad, Satu Mare (262,350 lei).
The list of contracts signed by direct procurement continues with the municipality of Oradea, where the company received, in 2019, 134,900 lei, and two contracts from 2018, worth 120,064 and 121,064 lei. At that time, the mayor of Oradea was Ilie Bolojan, the current prime minister.
“Friendly” administrations
The political profile of the contracting authorities raises questions about the selection criteria. All the mentioned cities – Oradea, Deva, Hunedoara, Ghiroda, Sibiu, Bistrița, Beclean and Tășnad – had administrations dominated by PNL or led by persons supported by this party during the contracts.
Thus:
* Oradea is headed today by Florin Birta, close to Ilie Bolojan;
* In Deva, the mayor was Florin Oancea (PNL);
* In Hunedoara, the mayor was Dan Bobouțanu (PSD);
* Ghiroda was led by Ionuț Stănușoiu (PNL);
* Beclean had as mayor Nicolae Moldovan (PSD), depending on 2004;
* In Sibiu, Astrid Fodor (FDGR) was supported by PNL;
* In Bistrița, the mayor is Ioan Turc (PNL);
* Tășnad is led by Grieb Csaba (UDMR), but the political alignment at PNL at county level was obvious.
The auctions earned
In addition to direct purchases, UNITH2B managed to win five public tenders during the analyzed period, totaling 7,661,673 lei. The two most important contracts were signed with the Pediatric Hospital in Pitești, in October and November 2024, each worth 3,055,121.01 lei.
Other contracts obtained:
* Arad County Emergency Hospital
* Hunedoara City Hall (217,779 lei in 2022)
* Oradea municipality (695,652 lei in 2019).
Cumulative, the company UNITH2B received almost 14 million lei (13,757,695 lei, the equivalent of almost 2.8 million euros) in seven years from contracts with the state, a remarkable performance for a company with only 12 employees.
