The draft law amends the Labor Code and has as a regulatory object the granting of 8 days of work at home or in telemuncan regime for employees who have in maintenance of children up to 18 years old, as a degree of disability, writes Agerpres.
The draft law also provides for the granting of two additional telemuncan days for each child, in the case of parents who take care of twins or triplets, as well as families with two or more children in disability.
