The latest proposals that appeared in the discussions are the doctor Cătălin Cîrstoiu, who was also circulated two weeks ago, and the architect Tiberiu Florescu, according to liberal sources for “Adevărul”. Also, in addition to the two, there will be two more measured candidates.

Who is Tiberiu Florescu?
Tiberiu Florescu (53 years old) is an architect, the president of the Register of Urban Planners in Romania. He has been a university professor and vice-rector at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture in Bucharest since 2016. Florescu has a doctorate in architecture since 1997.
