Tudor Chirilă launched, on Monday, on Facebook, a harsh attack on the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rafila, whom he says is “an even involuntary partner of the health mafia” and “comes to throw shit in the only big country project on that Romania has had in recent years”, the hospital built by the Association “Dăruiește Viață” from the donations of 350,000 people.

“Although he should be a partner of the hospital built by Daruieste Viata, the minister chooses to become a fierce and tireless opponent of the project and implicitly of the 350 thousand Romanians who built it along with seven thousand other companies. And that's only because he chose to join, even temporarily, the mafia political group that has been ruling Romania for thirty years and is in a conflict situation with the citizens whose tax money they steal. That is, Mr. Rafila successfully assumes the diversionary and manipulative rhetoric detached as if from the fifties that the PSD-PNL binomial practices”writes Tudor Chirilă.
“He, the head of a ministry and a member of a party who refused money from PNRR to build hospitals, he who is the head of individuals like Cârstoiu and others who use public positions to send patients to private hospitals and is in a state of incompatibility, he who patronizes a system full of nosocomials, a system in which the residents instead of learning a trade walk around the papers of university professors enthroned for life in the management of departments or hospitals, this gentleman who is the partner, be it involuntarily, of the health mafia and who has not succeeded and he will not succeed in initiating even the first letter of the first paragraph of a health reform project, he comes to throw shit in the only big country project that Romania has had in recent years.
Mr. Rafila, why don't you go to DNA and ANAF to make a complaint? I think it fits you better, saves time”, Tudor Chirilă also affirms.
“Dăruiește Hospital is the slap repeatedly given to politicians who did not want and could not do anything for the health of this country. In close collaboration with the medical barons enthroned in many of the hospital managements, for life. And with the silence of the doctors to whom the public health system in its current form brings some profit. You, Mr. Rafila, have chosen the wrong side of society. And a fight that does you no honor. But it is understandable because even in three lives you will not be able to achieve even a small part of what Give Life did with us. You could have put the shoulder. But you were laughing at the party.
We made a HOSPITAL. Your?”, concluded Tudor Chirilă.
Tudor Chirilă's criticisms come after the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rafila, declared on Prima TV on Saturday that “first of all, it is not the hospital of the foundation, it is a building of Marie Curie” and that the ministry does not correspond with the approval and authorization with the association, but with “the management of the hospital to which this building belongs”, according to g4media.ro. Rafila also accused “media pressure” from the mass media. Rafila's statements came as the donation-built hospital for children with cancer has been completed since November last year, and the ministry has yet to finalize the papers to make it operational.
Tudor Chirilă's full post:
Miserable Mr. Alexandru Rafila.
It could be the title of a movie, but it isn't. Generally, in a good movie worth having the protagonist's name in the title, the character is assumed to have an inner complexity with psychological nuances and subtleties of whatever nature.
This is not the case with Mr. Rafila. He's just miserable and that's it. I don't say it, but his statements, his thoughts, the rudimentary way he looks at life, but especially the patients.
The Minister of Health has no moral hygiene.
Although he should be a partner of the hospital built by Daruieste Viata, the minister chooses to become a fierce and tireless opponent of the project and implicitly of the 350 thousand Romanians who built it along with seven thousand other companies. And that's only because he chose to join, even temporarily, the mafia political group that has been ruling Romania for thirty years and is in a conflict situation with the citizens whose tax money they steal. That is to say, Mr. Rafila successfully assumes the diversionary and manipulative rhetoric detached as if from the fifties that the PSD-PNL binomial practices.
The minister says this in a TV show: “The hospital was built by the hospital and he must know how much it cost and you must give him the documents. I sent a team at the request of the hospital, I sent a team from the ministry to help them to take the documents certifying the value of the construction”.
No, Mr. Rafila, the hospital was not built by the hospital but by the Asociatia Dăruiește Viață with the support of the 350 thousand Romanians who donated (including me). The Marie Curie Hospital is not a construction company, but the beneficiary of a building made by us Romanians who pay taxes so that you can have fun with us. You have received all the required documents from Dăruiște Viață. You know all this well (see comments)
The minister also says this: “I, for example, grant the presumption of good faith from the beginning and I am convinced that the documents that the ladies from “Give Life” will provide are very many and so on, they will certify a value that certainly corresponds to those previously stated. The equipment was purchased by “Give Life”, they must be donated to the hospital so that it can carry out its activity there. The hospital is functional, but these problems must also be solved, we have nothing to do.”
So Minister Rafila subtly suggests to us like the tractor that he starts from the presumption of good faith which he obviously needs when he suspects something unclean. In his magnanimity, although he is not convinced that the project is clean, he is willing to trust”.
He, the head of a ministry and member of a party that refused money from the PNRR to build hospitals, he who is the head of individuals like Cârstoiu and others who use public positions to send patients to private hospitals and is in a state of incompatibility, he who patronizes a system full of nosocomials, a system in which residents, instead of learning a trade, walk the papers of university professors enthroned for life in the management of departments or hospitals, this gentleman who is the partner, be it involuntarily, of the health mafia and who has not succeeded and will not will manage to initiate not even the first letter of the first paragraph of a health reform project, he comes to throw shit in the only big country project that Romania has had in recent years.
Mr. Rafila, why don't you go to DNA and ANAF to make a complaint? I think it fits you better, saves time.
Mr. Rafila also says: “because, as I said, we don't work with them, we work directly with the hospital. This is the procedure”
That would be the procedure, but that's also the problem you refuse to see. Don't work with them, work against them, do nothing to connect all the ministries that could help de-bureaucratize the chain of rail files needed to move some children with cancer from 1980 to 2024 as quickly as possible because the hospital has been ready for several months.
I have said it several times. Dăruiește Hospital is the slap repeatedly given to politicians who did not want and could not do anything for the health of this country.
Your?
