Students return to classrooms on Wednesday, May 8, after the Easter break they entered on April 27. According to the calendar approved by the Ministry of Education, module V starts on Wednesday and ends on June 21.

We remind you that for the 12th, 13th evening and part-time grades, the school year has a duration of 34 weeks of classes and ends on June 7, 2024, and for the 8th grade, the school year has a duration of of 35 weeks of courses and ends on June 14, 2024.
For classes in high school education – the technological branch and for classes in professional education, the school year has a duration of 37 weeks of courses and ends on June 28, 2024.
The long-awaited summer vacation runs from June 22, 2024 to September 8, 2024.
Calendar of national exams
Registration for the 2024 National Assessment will take place between June 11 and 14, 2024. On June 25, the Romanian Language and Literature test is scheduled, and on June 27, 2024, the Mathematics test takes place.
On June 28, 2024, the Mother Language and Literature test takes place, and on July 3, the initial results are displayed, before appeals. On July 3, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on July 4, 2024, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., appeals are submitted. Between July 4 and 9, appeals are resolved. On July 9, 2024, the final results of the National Assessment will be displayed.
Regarding the Baccalaureate exam, between June 17 and 19, 2024, the assessment of oral communication skills in the Romanian language will take place. During June 19-20, the evaluation of the language skills of oral communication in the mother tongue takes place. Between 19 and 21 June, the assessment of digital skills takes place, and between 25 and 27 June, the assessment of language skills in an internationally spoken language takes place.
The Romanian Language and Literature test takes place on July 1, and on July 2 the mandatory profile test (written test) takes place. On July 4, the test of the choice of the profile (written test) takes place. On July 5, the written test for Mother Language and Literature takes place.
On July 8, the results of the Baccalaureate exam will be published, and then appeals can be submitted. They will be solved between 9th and 11th July 2024 and the final results will be displayed on 12th July 2024.
