A young man from the Capital says that he needs several surgical interventions to solve a problem acquired following a genital implant procedure performed in a piercing salon in Constanța. The complained person defends himself and says that in fact the client is looking to make money.

The problem of the 35-year-old from Bucharest began, he says, on October 6, 2024, when he called for the second time the services of a person specialized in piercing and who has a salon with many clients. The young man says he wanted an “upgrade” in the genital area and was delighted with the price charged by the salon in Constanța.
If the first intervention, an implant with silicone balls, went well, with the second things were not the same and the young man faced problems that, he says, he would like other men to avoid. So he submitted a complaint to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Constanța Court, he also made a complaint to ANPC and wants to promote an action in court and ask for damages.
“She practices this operation on a conveyor belt, an illegal operation, because the lady is not a doctor. (…) I found out all these things later, that she is not authorized and that she does not have the right to do all these things in a non-medical office. The lady advertises herself very heavily on Tik-Tok. I saw her there, I fell into her trap there. I was also on my way to Constanța, I didn’t go specifically for this matter, and I said I would visit it to do this, the reasons are mine, I don’t enter into discussions”. the Bucharest native begins to tell his story.
The procedure he underwent, says the man, is a complex one. However, during the operation there was nothing to suggest that anything might be wrong.
“It didn’t give me anything to think about, because the lady is undergoing a sterilization procedure. She has a piercing and dermal implants office, but legally, I can also give you the law, the legislator says she is not allowed to do interventions in that area. He is allowed to do piercings, but interventions, implants, he is not allowed because he is not a doctor”, claims the young man.
“A lot of men want to get these upgrades and they end up with the lady”
An implant like the one requested by the young man costs, according to him, 600 lei, a price he considered advantageous. “Many men want to make such upgrades and they end up with the lady, because the lady also has an affordable price on the market, 600 lei. A normal doctor, such as a surgeon, beautician, practitioner, from Bucharest charges 600 euros for something like that. And obviously the price is attractive. The lady has a very large clientele”adds the young man.
After, following the second intervention, he faced an inflammation of the area and complications that would no longer allow him to have a normal sex life, he began to look for more information about the office and about the one who takes got the implant and says he found out, and this from the Tik-Tok commercial, that “the lady goes to various offices, if she has groups of 3-4 people she moves to that area, again illegal work. She no longer does this in a salon, but somewhere on a table, somewhere in an office.” accuses the young man, who does not want his identity to be revealed.
“We can’t play around, because unfortunately I made a complication, my tissue scarred in the area, and all the doctors I went to told me that a circumcision operation should be done , to make me a Muslim, because he has nothing left to do, the tissue has healed. You realize that my sex life is quite difficult. In my case, the doctor will cut something and it won’t grow back. Including that is wrongful bodily injury,” accuses the young man.
The man accuses the specialist in piercings, whose profession is that of a physiotherapist, that what she did to him is a dermal implant procedure in the genital area that he would not be allowed to do (on the salon’s website it is mentioned including these procedures in provides). After complications appeared, the man went to several clinics to find out what he had to do.
“The doctors rolled their eyes and said – how did you do such a thing in a non-medical office, because such a thing is only done by a doctor and a medical staff? An incision is made with the scalpel, a small pocket, but there is no operation of piercing the skin from left to right, causing a great deal of trauma to the area, but a pocket is made with the scalpel into which it is inserted and actually sewn up , under medical supervision and later at the consultation. She has no job and no parameters. If you tell him to do 20 implants, he does 20, he has no moral healing thing, he doesn’t let the area heal. It covers the unhealed areas”, accuses the young man, who claims that he wants “only to stop it, because, OK, I suffered it, but if others suffer it too…”.
The young man’s problem has not been solved and he says that he is in a situation where he is looking for help abroad, because the doctors consulted in the country would have received a variant that he does not accept.
“All the people here want to cut. Let’s cut it so it’s good. I wouldn’t want to cut. It takes a lot for me to fix what she did. The rate was 600 lei, and he implanted three, that is 1,800 lei. And now the doctors I go to cost me upwards of 4,000 euros to fix the situation. 4,000 – 5,000 euros, around there, and if it can be repaired, I have the vague impression that there are several interventions, not just one. The lady is very calm, because she treats the infection, the gangrene, as a complication that can occur after the implantation”, iinsisted the young man.
Although such implants should be done with a scalpel, as the young man claims, the piercing specialist uses an instrument used in piercing procedures.
“It isshe reinvented the wheel, she came up with a new method of skin piercing. Use a tool to make the large holes in the ear. With that he intervenes in that area. Well, you realize that I didn’t know, I wasn’t interested, I was simply excited. Later, after the complications and discussions with the doctors, I found out information that if I had found out before, I wouldn’t have rushed to her”claims the Bucharest native.
“The Lord came for the genital implant, he did not come for the dermal implant”
The representative of the salon and the person accused of causing bodily harm to his client claims, on the other hand, that not only did this client know what he came for, but that he was also satisfied and that he requested more services, both for him as well as for his partner. The woman first says she doesn’t want to go public “this little problem” and that “sir is simply lying”. He finally begins to tell how things went and assures that he has all the necessary approvals.
“The Lord came for the genital implant, he did not come for the dermal implant. The Lord confused the operations. Of course I’m allowed. The man was on his second procedure, he knew exactly how to take care of the implants. He didn’t take care of the implants, he didn’t wait a month for them to heal properly, so he knew everything. I have also filed a complaint, the complaint was filed, and now it says that it must be rebuilt, which is not true. Those balls basically have to be taken out, because he didn’t take care of them properly, he didn’t do that procedure, he didn’t do anything at all. I called him for the check-up, he didn’t want to come, he denied everything, and went to hurt me like crazy. I called him when he told me he was presenting himself with I don’t know what problem. I told him – let’s see, if they’re not OK, we’ll take them out, you can find a lot of options!”, supports the woman.
The salon representative says that she performs the services on the basis of appointment and payment of an advance, and her clients sign a consent for the procedure. With the young man from Bucharest, he says that he got along really well up to a point.
“The gentleman saw me on Tik-Tok, he sent me the advance, I sent him the invoice, he came to the first procedure for implantation of three balls with the lady. He came, signed a declaration on his own responsibility, I explained the risks, what to do, I also gave him the cleaning product, I explained to him how to take care, I also did the lady, everything was OK. During this time, his implants healed faster because I worked very well. During this time he started asking me for other piercings, other procedures, both for him and for the lady. It was scheduled on October 6. If I didn’t work well, he wouldn’t come anymore”, supports the woman. On the set date, the young man would have presented himself together with his partner for a piercing. “He signed the affidavit, then when I was supposed to add the piercing, he tells me he wants to add two more balls. He had three, very well scarred. He wants two more genital implants, not dermal, as the gentleman said, and a piercing. I explained to him. The Lord also wanted the biggest implants. I told him, you have to take good care of them”the complained woman detailed how things would have gone.
The next day everything would be fine, and for several days in a row there would be no communication. After which the client would notice that he is experiencing inflammation. “I told him the balls are swelling, it’s normal, it’s an implant,” supports the woman. He would have given her other care advice, which, she also says, she certainly did not follow.
“After 5 days he tells me again that it is not OK. I told him what to do, to come, he didn’t want to. When he knew what to do, he didn’t want to put the cleaner on, he didn’t want to get dressed, he didn’t want to do the other procedure I suggested. I think from the beginning it was his idea to circumcise his penis and reconstruct it. And now he contacted me for these procedures done by the book and he wants money for these procedures”, accuses the woman in turn.
The owner of the salon claims that the services her client purchased are part of the category of piercings, for which she has the necessary qualification. Moreover, he accuses the client of not waiting for the indicated period of 30 days for healing, and of starting to file complaints not even two weeks after the intervention, without accepting his help.
“The dermal implant is totally different and is not done in the penis. I did not do any dermal implants. It falls into the piercing category. Basically his balls overlapped, that’s what happened. Even though he hurt me, I called him to come and solve the problem. (…) I have the medical report in which it says that the balls must be removed, no reconstruction of any kind is needed. He went to the celebrity surgeon, who told him he needed reconstruction. He has nothing, his penis looks perfect.” the accused woman also claimed.
