Antena 1 is preparing a new impactful move in its news grid, after a presenter with over a decade of activity at Digi 24 would join the Observatory team, according to sources in the media market.
Antena 1 marks a new surprise on the commercial television scene in Romania, managing to attract another important name from news journalism, after the transfer of Denisa Rifai.
According to the information published by PaginadeMedia.ro, one of the best-known presenters of Digi 24 has decided to leave the position where she worked for 13 years to join the Observator team from Antena 1.
It is about Teodora Tompea, a journalist present in the Digi 24 grid since 2012, the year the news television was launched.
Throughout her career, Teodora Tompea has moderated debate shows and presented news bulletins, being one of the voices with constant visibility over the last decade.
Before joining Digi 24, she worked in newsrooms such as Radio Nord Est in Iași and Europa FM, accumulating experience as a reporter and moderator. At Digi 24, he also produced special shows including “Open Stage” or “Planeta esti tu”, alternating between news presentation and topical debates.
Her move to Antena 1 would strengthen the Observator team, after the station recently succeeded in transferring Denisa Rifai from Kanal D.
