“Today we put the point of the unjustified premiums from Romsilva today, there will be no bosses who retire with a bonus of 100 thousand euros! Specifically, at the time of retirement, the forest employees will no longer benefit from those bonuses equivalent to at least 5 salaries for the last month of activity. Premiums that, in the case of bosses, reached 10 salaries ”said Marcel Ciolacu in the government meeting.
The Minister of the Environment, Mircea Fechet, advertised at the beginning of March that in the collective labor agreement in Romsilva there are 17 bonuses.
According to the minister, there is an increase in isolation and there are directors who benefit from stress. “To wake up with 100,000 euros received at retirement, it cannot be explained to any Romanian ”, said the minister then.
Mircea Fechet also showed that “All those bonuses are added to another long line of bonuses or other financial incentives, which was less talked about, because they are not in an amount as big as those Bonifications of 100,000 euros at retirementbut which, however, gathered, means considerable amounts that the Romanian state pays. “
Fechet announced since last month that Romsilva reorganization from the central structure to bottom.
