After an exceptional handball career, Cristina Neagu will hang her boots at the end of this season. At the festive match will be present on the field, along with Cristina Neagu, his former colleagues from the national team, with whom he obtained bronze medals at EC 2010 and at the CM 2015. On the other side, they will be foreign opponents, who played with Neagu at Oltchim, Buducnost and CSM Bucharest.
The match will be broadcast by Pro TV and on the Voyo paid platform, and the organization of the event will cost about 100,000 euros, according to gsp.ro. Three quarters of this amount could have been covered by one of the federation sponsors, but Cristina refused to associate with FRH, on the grounds that she was not helped when she needed.
