According to the summons, it is accused of deprivation of freedom illegally (four facts), outrage and promoting, in public, the cult of people convicted for genocide, war crimes or crimes against humanity, as well as promoting fascist, legionary, racist or xenophobic concepts, notes Agerpres.
In the same file, Diana Şoșoaca is also investigated for denial, challenge, approval or justification of the Holocaust, facts provided by GEO no. 31/2002. Prosecutors have pointed out that, in case of non-presentation, it can be brought with a mandate.
The file is based on several actions and statements of the MEP. At the end of November 2024, Diana Şoșoaca participated in a commemoration of the legionary leader Corneliu Zelea-Codreanu in Tăcăbești (Ilfov), where he transmitted lively messages to the social networks.
