Raped her twice
The victim, a woman of about 30 years, was part of the medical team who took care of Michael Schumacher. The nurse would have filed a complaint two years after that incident. No member of the Schumacher family is involved in these accusations.
According to the information published by the Swiss journalists, the assistant played billiards with two colleagues and the accused in the evening of the alleged aggression.
The woman started to feel bad, and her colleagues took her back to a room for her staff. Shortly thereafter, the pilot, whose name was not revealed, is accused of entering the room and raped it. He is accused of maintaining sexual relations with the nurse twice, while he was in a state of unconsciousness, according to the indictment.
