Iffhs has established who is the biggest footballer of all time. Six South-Amercans are in the top 10

The Argentine Lionel Messi has been designated “the best player of all time” by the International Football and Statistics Federation (IFFHS), who has released a ranking of the 10 best footballers in history.

Messi – Ronaldo, a 15 -year -old rivalry

Messi, world champion. This hierarchy dominates, followed by the Brazilian Pele, the only player with three world champion titles, and the Argentine Diego Armando Maradona, while Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, who boasts that he has scored most goals, is in the fourth position.

It should be mentioned that Pele and Maradona were appointed by FIFA the best footballers of the 20th century, in December 2000.

The 37 -year -old Lionel Messi has won the golden balloon eight times, the trophy attributed annually to the best footballer of the planet (a record).

The world champion with the selected Argentina in 2022, Messi shone in the T-shirt of the FC Barcelona team, which he spent most of his career and with whom he won a total of 35 trophies, including ten champion titles and four champions.
