Marian Godină was eliminated from Survivor Romania 2026, but this time he went home, not in exile, as happened last time. The former policeman turned influencer sent a message, on this occasion, in which he told about the whole experience.
“Last night, my Survivor adventure ended on TV, even though it’s been a while since I’ve been home. I went there prepared for a TV show and found myself in the middle of the most intense experience I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t blame anyone for suspecting that things aren’t quite as they appear on TV, because even I used to think so. But I quickly convinced myself that it was all real and I felt it first hand.”wrote Marian Godină on his Facebook page.
He recounted that the lack of contact of any kind with the outside, especially with his family, but also hunger and the lack of all things that normally seem mundane contributed to his transformation.
“Whenever I felt that I couldn’t miss my family anymore, I thought about the moments when I was at home and I couldn’t wait to leave the children at daycare so that I could have what I called at the time “a little peace”. There, I would have given anything for the “noise” of the children”added Godină.
The influencer then claimed that it was “the only contestant who has never spoken at home and the only one who has never had the opportunity to cut, shave and groom himself“.
About the experience in exile he said: “I was the only one who stayed in exile for so many days, alone, just me with my thoughts. It was also a great experience for me. It took me a while to adjust to civilization again, and I hope I don’t get used to the good too quickly and then forget how lucky I am to have everything I want at home.”
Finally, he thanked those who supported him and sent him messages, while also wishing the remaining contestants the best of luck.

Production sources said that Marian Godină would have entered the competition in the fourth week and would have lasted about 15 weeks in total, in a season that has already passed the 18th week.
As for the financial part, unofficial information indicates that the participants would have been remunerated with amounts between 2,000 and 2,500 euros per stage.
