Olteni finished the year in first place in the Superliga, after a clear victory against Csikszereda, score 5-0, at the “Ion Oblemenco” stadium. Immediately after this success, the team went on vacation, having little free time before the start of winter camp.
The team captain chose to spend Christmas in New York, with his girlfriend of over four years, Cristina Răduț, a kickboxing athlete.

The vacation spent in New York was the reward of an exceptional year for Ștefan Baiaram. The Craiova University footballer had constant and impressive developments in the blue-white shirt, made his debut in the senior national team of Romania and attracted the interest of several important clubs from abroad.
According to the specialized website Transfermarkt, Baiaram is the second most valuable player in the Super League, with an estimated fee of 4.5 million euros, being surpassed only by Darius Olaru, from FCSB, valued at 6.5 million euros.
