More than 3,500 files have been submitted to date in the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) 2026 Program, the analysis process having already begun, the Ministry of Labor informed, recommending applicants to carefully check the documents and information sent through the platform.
Submitting the file is the first stage of enrollment in the IVF Program. Afterwards, the documents are verified, and the evaluation committee analyzes the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions.
The Ministry of Labor draws attention to the importance of uploaded documents and information entered into the platform. Applicants are urged to check their personal data so that it is complete and matches their identity documents.
Careful verification of documents can avoid subsequent requests for clarifications or additions and can help speed up the evaluation process.
What must the copies of identity documents contain
Copies of ID cards uploaded to the file must contain the statement “According to the original” and the applicant’s signature.
In the case of the new electronic identity cards, it is necessary to scan the two-sided document, as well as attach proof of residence.
Applicants must verify that the information entered in the platform corresponds to the data in the identity documents.
The selected clinic must be the same as the one in the submitted documents
Special attention should also be paid to the selection of the clinic in the platform.
The chosen clinic must correspond both to the one mentioned in the registration application and to the one that issued the IVF indication document.
In the case of couples, the data and documents uploaded to the file must concern both partners.
Files can be filled as long as they have the status “NEW”
Applicants must periodically check their account on the platform and the notifications sent by the authorities.
As long as the file has the status “NEW” and has not entered the evaluation process, the documentation can be completed or corrected, if necessary.
After the file enters the analysis process, if the documentation is incomplete or the commission needs clarification, the applicant is sent a single request for completion, through the platform.
The requested documents or information must be sent within a maximum of 10 calendar days.
Meeting the deadline is important for the completion of the assessment. Failure to complete the requested documentation within the established period may result in the rejection of the file.
Registration continues until November 15, 2026
The IVF program is a measure of support for couples and single women facing infertility by reducing some of the costs associated with medically assisted human reproduction treatments.
To date, over 3,500 files have been submitted, and the process of verifying those already registered has begun.
