Paris Saint-Germain qualified for the quarter-finals of the Champions League after defeating Real Sociedad 2-1 (1-0), away, in the second leg of the round of 16, writes Agerpres.

Sensational Kylian Mbappe led PSG into the next phase, scoring three of the Parisians' four goals in the double, 2-0 in the Hexagon and 2-1 in the Basque Country.

Paris Saint-Germain secured their first Champions League quarter-final appearance since 2021.

PSG had the first important opportunity to score, but goalkeeper Remiro managed to defend the ball sent by Barcola in a one-on-one situation (10). Remiro opposed the goal and Zaire-Emery's shot (15).
