The president of SOS Romania, MEP Diana Iovanovici-Şoșoacă, announced that the group will submit a motion of censure against the Bolojan Government, urging the parliamentarians of other parties to join the effort.
“The SOS Romania party submits a motion of censure against the PSD-PNL-USR-UDMR Government led by Ilie Bolojan, so-called ‘poverty’. Now we will see if the parties sign the motion. We are tired of the lies of the parties that imitate patriotism. None of you want to formulate the motion? We do it, you sign it! The truth will set us free. All for Romania”, writes on the Facebook page of SOS Romania.
It is the third parliamentary group that has announced that it will resort to this approach, after AUR and PSD.
There are negotiations in the Parliament for a possible motion of censure against the Bolojan Government. At the same time, Sorin Grindeanu met at the office with representatives of unions and employers.
In parallel, Ilie Bolojan is having discussions with his colleagues from the governing coalition, those who have remained with him.
Meanwhile, the Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament (JURI) voted on Thursday, April 23, to lift the parliamentary immunity of the MEP Diana Șoșoacă, the decision to be submitted to the final vote in the plenary session in Strasbourg next week.
