Recently, Teodora Tompea left Digi24 and joined the Antena 1 team, where she will present the afternoon edition of the Observatory.

“Spring comes with a new beginning. From March 2, I’m waiting for you from Monday to Friday, at Observator 16”, she said.

Asked what a typical day in her life looks like, the journalist said that she starts her day with sports and coffee, during which she gets information from international news, and then enters the fast pace of work

“My day starts, most of the time, with sport, an hour of training 3-4 times a week. Sport helps me a lot to settle my thoughts. The morning coffee is also almost an energizing ritual. When I read the news from all over the world, this is a ritual kept even on weekends or holidays. Then I enter the fast pace of the news, where everything changes as the hours pass.

Beyond the screen, however, I look for the things that bring naturalness and simplicity. Time with family, film, music, reading or sometimes the time when I no longer need to feel that I have to “perform”. It’s my way of staying balanced in a job that demands a lot from you.”

Teodora Tompea also spoke about her passions.

I like reading and listening to music. I’m also passionate about fashion, like any woman, hence the capsule collection of bags developed together with Andreea Oanța. I really appreciate quality things, I really appreciate the work of people who invest in quality. And I will never refuse a vacation or a couple of days out with friends. Whether it’s at home or abroad.”

“I learned over time that fatigue and stress cannot be hidden with anything”

The journalist also says that she emphasizes inner balance, not just physical appearance. He believes that sport, nutrition and well-being are essential, and fatigue and stress cannot be hidden.

“For me, beauty is less about investing in physical appearance, not that it’s less important, but I’ve realized that things need to be regulated from the inside. Exercise, nutrition and being good to yourself.

I learned over time that fatigue and stress cannot be hidden with anything. So I try to take care of myself through simple things: sleep as much as possible, hydration, quiet moments. Makeup is part of the profession, but in everyday life I prefer naturalness.”
