It should be noted that the first season of MasterChef took place in 2012 and was judged by

Chef Sorin Bontea, Chef Florin Dumitrescu and Chef Cătălin Scărlătescu, the show being presented by Răzvan Fodor and produced by Mona Segall.

In the fourth season, Scarlătescu, Bontea and Dumitrescu were replaced by Patrizia Paglieri, Adrian Hădean and Florin Scripcă (Chef Foa).

In the penultimate season (broadcast in 2017), the jury changed again. After judging for two seasons, the three were replaced by Chef Samuel Le Torriellec, Răzvan Exarhu and Liviu Popescu.

In 2019, after a two-year break, MasterChef returned with a new jury, made up of Joseph Hadad, Silviu Chelaru and Cosmin Tudoran, but also with a changed format. In addition, the show no longer took place in prime-time at 8:30 p.m., but from 10:30 p.m.

After two more years of break, in 2022 MasterChef returned with the fifth version of jurors: Joseph Hadad, Radu Dumitrescu and Florin Scripcă.
