The Minister of Education said that, in about a month, a mechanism could be implemented by which students and students can send anonymous notifications to the school manager and university related to a certain situation.
“We have at this moment, in some schools there are boxes where someone, anonymous can make a referral, but we should think otherwise. And look, we were just talking to the Secretary of State (no Sorin Ion) that we have to implement and we will quickly implement this at UBB and other universities, not only related to drugs, sexual aggression, various ethical problems. You have the red button practically. What’s the red button? It is simply an email address in which the one responsible for that problem in the institution can receive an anonymous referral“, Daniel David said in the debate on trafficking and drug use in schools and high schools, organized on March 18 by the Commission for abuse research, combating corruption and petitions from the Senate of Romania, according to EDUPU.
The minister added that, in the case of schools, the responsible for combating drug use and preventing violence could be the person designated to deal with this:
