A young woman, who had two children, was killed with a concubine ax in Prahova. The mother of the woman and the neighbors tell how every time the victim was running out of the aggressor’s house, he appealed to the police officers to bring him back.

The incident took place on Monday, June 16, in Lipăneşti, from Prahova county. Andreea, 22, who was pregnant in two months, had repeatedly tried to escape the relationship with Marian, a 37 -year -old man.
The young woman had returned to the parental home, running away from it. It was not the first time he resorted to this gesture. His family recounts that, in the morning of the crime, the police had been alerted about a possible conflict between the two, but the man was left free. The same day, the young woman was killed in front of the two children and her mother, being hit by a concubine with an ax. The crime was surprised by the surveillance cameras.
The young woman’s mother made shocking confessions, accusing the police of advising her face to return to the man.
“They have always quarreled, they have always called the police. Mrs. Maria, the policeman, said to go home, stop doing hinges, quarrel, scandal. They always quarreled, they broke up ”, said the victim’s mother at Antena 3.
And the neighbors tell the same thing. “She was always coming to her mother and he was coming after her every time with the police, everyone after him was going home. She, lately, didn’t want to go to him anymore, because she took a beat and that’s why she was running to her mother.” says a neighbor.
The crime film
The young woman’s mother told what happened on the day of the crime.
“I went with the children to the dispensary. He came, made a scandal. It took me that little forced. I didn’t want to give it. I went over him, to his sister, to Alina. He came, he began to swear. He called Mrs. Maria, the policeman. Mrs. Maria, the policeman came, and told us to go home. And she didn’t want to go home. After that, when he left with the police, I took the children, I dressed them, and I went to the dispensary. At the dispensary he came after me and I told him to leave me. ”, told the victim’s mother.
When Andreea returned from the dispensary, accompanied by her mother and children, Marian waited for a bicycle ax.
“He took the ax to come to me. I told him: «Wait Mariane, that you hit the children. Stay good!». When she saw that she gave the ax in me she ran and shouted: «Kills me, kills me»“, said the victim’s mother.
Marian downloaded her anger by hitting the young woman with the ax. The SMURD crew arrived at the scene could not do anything for the young woman.
What IPJ Prahova says about this case
Following hearing the victim’s mother, she told police that there were several conflicts between her daughter and concubine, but did not complain to the police.
“During the hearing, from 16.06.2025, the victim’s mother, she said, in writing, in front of the prosecutor, that there were some conflicts between the victim and the man, but they did not complain to the police, because, each time they were reconciled ”,, transmits IPJ Prahova.
However, the checks were deepened, on Tuesday, after which the following elements were:
“During this year, no complaints, 112 appeals, petitions or criminal complaints formulated by the deceased young woman, regarding the facts of violence that the suspected person had exercised on it.
In September 2022, the young woman’s mother notified the police, by call 112, about the fact that she has a verbal conflict, with her son -in -law (the author of the murder). Within the intervention, it was established that, between the two there was a verbal conflict, being sanctioned, according to Law no. 61/1991, both the suspect and the appellant, for the addressing of offensive words and expressions.
During July 2024, the young woman in question noticed that both she and her brother would have a verbal conflict with the man in question (the author of the murder). During the intervention of the police, no criminal acts were notified.
On September 13, 2024, there were two calls by 112, by which the young woman (the victim) noticed that she was threatened by a neighbor. During the intervention of the police, it was established that, in fact, he had a verbal conflict with his concubine, not with a neighbor, as he noticed by 112. Following the second appeal, from that date, the man in question was sanctioned contraventionally, according to Law no. 61/1991 and transported to a specialized medical unit.
We specify that, in none of the situations in which it was notified that the young woman has a verbal conflict with the concubine, she did not complain criminal acts before the police, declaring, in the interventions, that there were only offenses, addressed to each other ”, mentions the quoted source.
IPJ Prahova mentions that at each intervention, following the notifications, the risk assessment forms, by the police, were drawn up, according to the procedures, the victim never not solving a provisional protection order, by them.
Also, from the checks it turned out that, at the IPJ Prahova level, they were not received from the courts, issued on behalf of those involved.
