Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu said on Thursday, April 24, that any vote to Victor Ponta defects to increase the chances that “This country to be led by Nicuşor Dan”.

“Last year, the Romanians decided by vote a parliamentary majority formed by the Social-Democratic Party, the National Liberal Party, the UDMR and the national minorities. Moreover, both the Social-Democratic Party and the National Liberal Party have learned from the last experience of separate candidates for the position of president.
And we decided together, all three political forces and national minorities, to have a unique candidate. That unique candidate is Crin Antonescu, an experienced man, a mature man and a man who knows exactly what a president of Romania has to do, a man who represents us both internally and externally in a very complicated period not only of Romania, but of the European Union, of Europe and a complicated situation at a global level”, Shows the PSD president, in a message on Tik Tok.
Also, the prime minister urges voters to vote usefully, for Crin Antonescu, because any vote given from “pride” increases the chances that “This country to be led by Nicuşor Dan”.
“That is why, please vote useful, vote Crin Antonescu, do not vote on Victor Ponta’s personal pride, because any vote given to Victor Ponta and his personal pride, is actually a vote to increase this country being run by Nicuşor Dan. Nicuşor Dan does not have the ability to lead Romania, from the position of president. Look at his administrative ability to run the capital of Romania”, Says the PSD leader.
