Diana Şoșoaca said on Thursday evening, at the airport, that she did not show up at the General Prosecutor’s Office at the beginning of the week because she was in the European Parliament, in Brussels. The MEP said that he will come to the Prosecutor’s Office and that he has never stolen from an investigation, not now being the case.

It comes and takes the driver … What to take me, me, with the crane? I come with the Soviet tank to the parquet. The prosecutor has the evidence submitted; will talk to my lawyer when it comes. Will speak, a new term will be set“, Said the driver.

Also, the MEP criticized how prosecutors interpret certain statements: “For prosecutors, to say «Free Palestine» means to be anti -Semitic. I notified all the international institutions with the abuses exerted against a party president, a politician and a MEP who, since he entered the European Parliament, has erected the icon in the house of Satan, in the middle of hell. I am not afraid! ”

The Şoșoaca also addressed direct criticism to the Attorney General, Alex Florence: “By the way, Mr. Florence, well what name? To be a man to call you a woman? So it’s something very crazy. So wow, Mr. Florence! I would have changed my name. I want to say something, Mrs. / Mr. Florence, I tell you something: when you go to television, as if it are a paparion, try to respect the Criminal Procedure Code because it is forbidden to give data from a criminal prosecution file, in the investigation. ”

The MEP posted on Facebook a video clip with all the statements offered to journalists at the airport, when returning to the country.

We recall that the General Prosecutor’s Office requested, on September 23, to the European Parliament, the elevation of the immunity of Diana Şoșoaca, in the context in which the prosecutors of the criminal prosecution section within the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice ordered the continuation of the criminal prosecution against it.

The leader of the SOS is aimed at a complex file, in which four offenses of deprivation are imputed, but also the promotion of the cult of persons convicted for war crimes, fascist, legionary, racist, xenophobic and anti -Semitic ideas. Among the accusations are the denial of the Holocaust, facts of extremist ultrasound and propaganda. Prosecutors have warned that, if it is not presented, there is the possibility that it will be brought with a mandate.
