“Simona Halep returns to the field at Transylvania Open 2025! February 1-9, 2025. BTarena, Cluj-Napoca. Get ready to get your ticket to the tournament starting at 2 p.m“, was the announcement made by the organizers on Facebook.
Simona Halep confirmed, for her part, that she will go to Cluj to participate in the Transylvania Open 2025: “Hello dears! I am happy to announce that in February I will be playing in the Transylvania Open. I know that this competition has twice been voted the best of the WTA 250 category worldwide. I can’t wait to see you all in Cluj, at the BT Arena“.
If she goes to Transylvania Open 2025, then Halep will mark her second appearance at this competition.
