She told about the premature birth of her daughter and the loss of her father, confessing that Nicușor Dan’s support gives her strength in difficult times.
The life partner of the president Nicușor Dan, spoke with emotion, in a show broadcast on Digi24. When asked what was the most beautiful moment in her life, Mirabela Grădinaru answered without hesitation: “Of course when the children were born“.
She then spoke about a moment that deeply marked the family: “But when Aheea (daughter of the presidential couple – no) raised her hand for a toy, it was another very emotional moment in my life and in our life, in fact, I was together with Nicușor and I remember that we both started to cry. Aheea was born prematurely and following her every gesture, evolution and trying not to miss anything at all”.
Mirabela Grădinaru emphasized that there were tears “of joy and gratitude“.

The most painful moment: losing the father
About the hardest experience in her life, the president’s partner told that it was the moment she arrived at a hospital in Vaslui and found her father, now deceased, in a coma. “There was absolutely nothing I could do to save him” she said, visibly affected.
Mirabela Grădinaru also revealed that her father nicknamed her “Bela”, a name that two of her aunts still use today.
Asked what she does when she needs strength, Mirabela Grădinaru answered simply and honestly: “At this moment talking with Nicușor. Yes, when I am most afraid and need courage, I call Nicușor if he is not at home“.
