Viorica de la Clejani and Ioniță de la Clejani had their first public reaction after their son, Fulgy, was admitted to the Alexandru Obregia Clinical Hospital for Psychiatry, after he threatened to blow up his apartment.
The two artists sent a message in which they apologize for their son’s behavior and explain that his reactions were caused by medical problems.
“We, as parents, have a duty to help our child no matter what. We are sure that Fulgy will receive the necessary treatment and return home safely. Our child has been through a serious medical problem and this has caused him to behave this way.” they stated.
According to the parents, in the context of these problems, Fulgy would have made statements “completely unreal”, including online insults and threats.
“We apologize once again to all the people he offended. Unfortunately, the situation he was in caused him to act this way. We are confident he will be fine after treatment“, the two also sent.
Fulgy, the son of Viorica and Ioniță from Clejani, threatened to blow up his apartment. “I don’t know what’s next, I get in the bathtub and I kissed you“, he said in a Tiktok video.
In parallel, negotiators from the Special Actions Service tried to talk to Fulgy and convince him to give up the dangerous gesture. Given that the situation remained extremely dangerous and for the safety of the tenants, the police decided to intervene with force.
“The person was found in the bedroom, out of any danger and showing no signs of violence”, stated the Police.
After the intervention, Fulgy was taken over by specialized medical teams and transported to Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia Clinical Psychiatry Hospital, where he remained hospitalized, out of any danger.
