An 18-year-old man, who graduated from high school this year but did not take his baccalaureate, made a post on the Reddit platform in which he boasted that he had found a well-paying job. He says that his first salary was 3,250 lei, net, plus meal vouchers, which amount to 400 lei. Next month his salary will increase by 300 lei.

“6 years ago, I was in college and when I got hired I received 1,500 lei in hand“, wrote a user of the platform.
“In 2010, my first salary was 800 lei. The first money received was 350 lei“, another commentator recounted, highlighting the difficulties encountered at the beginning.
There were also people who mentioned that there are people over 40 who don’t earn that much.
