In a post on the page of the Virtual Children’s Hospital, Dr. Mihai Craiu draws attention to the fact that the episodes of disease in children are normal, especially in the cold and wet season.

The child cools, with quotation marks, or makes an enterocolitis with vomiting and chairs. When we are preparing our souls to happen, the child sees in our quiet eyes and not panic”, Explains the doctor.

When we actually need to go to the hospital

Dr. Craiu points out that not every trivial symptom justifies a path to emergencies, especially in the first hours after the signs of disease.

Let us not go to two at night, on the first day of a few febrile ascents and clogged nose and hoarse voice, in an emergency unit. We will definitely bring the best quality in our lives ”he said.

Advice for parents

The statements come in the context of the development, in Bucharest, of the 43rd conference of ESPID (European Society of Infectious Diseases).

On this occasion, Dr. Craiu also promotes his new book, an essential guide for parents in managing childhood diseases: “This is about this book: how to sail among some incidents that will take place.

In his post, the doctor thanks to those who supported the book:
“I thank the professionals from Bookzone who have always been with me in the process of” building “this book for our parents today. They are the ones who made this brief introduction. ”
