“I went out with the cow to graze in the middle of Sector 5 to help with milk production. I challenge my opponents to also help with honey production. Alone or with the family, whichever is easier for them. The time has come to succeed in 5 as well. From June 9, we start the work”, wrote Adrian Vigheciu in a post on his Facebook page, also publishing an election video in which a cow appears grazing near the Parliament Palace.
Adrian Vigheciu, the candidate of the coalition for the City Hall of Sector 5, criticizes the administrations of the last 20 years, claiming that this sector “he was a good milch cow for those who shepherded him” and that “can be brought to light” such as sectors 3 and 4, led by the social-democratic mayors, Robert Negoiță and Daniel Băluță.
“No, unfortunately it's not a movie, it's pure reality in Sector 5. We are a few steps from the Palace of Parliament and the Cathedral of the Salvation of the Nation, at the intersection of the Cotroceni and Panduri neighborhoods. If we were to follow the current mayor of Sector 5, we would say that in the sector of his reign, excuse me, in the sector of his family, only milk and honey flow. Unfortunately, the reality is completely different. It's just that the only citizens who should matter in Sector 5 have neither milk nor honey. The current administration doesn't actually care about doing important things for the people of District 5.
From any angle we look at it, Sector 5 is the last of the Capital. The poorest, dirtiest and worst managed. From what little it has, Sector 5 has been nothing but a good cash cow for those who have shepherded it for the past 20 years. If it was possible in Sector 3, if it was possible in Sector 4, it will certainly be possible in Sector 5. From June 9 we start the work. We bring Sector 5 to light”said Vigheciu.
