We recall that Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and the Minister of Education and Research, Daniel David, had a week, at the Victoria Palace, a working meeting with the representatives of the Federation of Free Trade Unions, the Federation of Education Trade Unions. „Spiru Haret”And the National Trade Union Federation “Alma Mater”.
During the consultations were analyzed the implementation mode and the effects of applying the recent measures that have an impact on the education sector, respectively: increasing the teaching norm by two hours per week, increasing the number of students in the classroom, changing the tariff for the hourly payment, financing the education system.

The measures taken by the Government are based on the possibilities that the budget of Romania and on the realities of the education system currently.”said Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan at the meeting with the representatives of the Trade Union Federations.
The prime minister stressed that the increase of the didactic norm two hours weekly, respectively from 18 to 20 hours per week, places Romania in the European average from this point of view. “There will be more work for the same money. This is reality. However, we are open to make simplifications in the education system so that the time and energy of the teachers focus on the educational act ”mentioned Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.
Bolojan asked the Ministry of Education and Research to do analyzes regarding the implementation of new regulations and, where problems arise, to propose punctual solutions to remedy them.
