A Romanian claims to have invented the “Joolizara therapy”, an alternative method that became popular on social media, presented as the one through which the body would release the tensions accumulated over time, regain its mobility and unblock itself naturally.
Joolizara therapy, promoted by its creator as a Romanian method of rebalancing the body, attracted attention on social networks through the unusual reactions observed during the sessions.
In the images published online, patients appear trembling, writhing or shaking on the therapy table, and these manifestations are presented by the promoters of the method as a natural process through which the body would release accumulated tensions and “blockages”.
The creator of the therapy claims to have discovered his grace
Iulian Juravle, the creator of the Joolizara therapy, is presented as the man who transformed his sensitivity towards the human body into a therapeutic method promoted as being one hundred percent Romanian. The name of his therapy would have come from a combination of terms inspired by “sacred geometry”, he claimed.

Juravle tells that he grew up in a large family, being the last born of his parents’ ten children, and that he discovered his “gift” in childhood.
“His gift showed itself early, on an ordinary day, when his mother was suffering from a severe headache. He asked little Iulian to put his hands on her crown. After a few moments, the child said, with the sincerity and imagination of the age: ‘Mother, you have a dragon in your head.'” Only years later would he understand that what he had felt then were the movements of the cranial bones – the first sign of a rare sensitivity, a perception that he did not he could explain it, but which will guide him all his life”it is presented on the official page.
After several years spent in Spain, Iulian Juravle returned to the country, where he opened a massage salon, and later attended several courses and specializations in areas such as massage, osteopathy and balneophysiokinetotherapy. From this experience Joolizara therapy would have been born, which he describes as the result of intuition, study and experience accumulated over years of practice.
Alternative therapy
The method is promoted as a Romanian therapy developed gradually, through long work and practical application.
“In 12 years, the therapy was patiently honed, with working nights, thousands of hours of practice and an unwavering desire to help. The results began to speak for themselves. People were healing, transforming, regaining hope.” note the page dedicated to it.
According to its creator, Joolizara therapy starts from the idea that difficult experiences in life – trauma, stress, emotional tensions – leave traces in the body and can produce “blockages” or limitations of mobility. The method claims that the therapist can detect these areas with a gentle touch and that it helps the body balance itself.
“The body is guided to recognize its own blockages and release them in its natural rhythm, restoring internal balance. A central element of the therapy is the analysis of the MRP (primary respiratory movement), a subtle rhythm of the body that reflects the state of the nervous system and deep structures. Through this assessment, we facilitate self-regulatory processes and support the activation of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to adapt, reorganize and create new connections according to lifestyle and experiences present”, shows its official presentation.
The promoters of the therapy also say that it aims to support the body’s natural self-regulation processes and restore body balance, without aggressive maneuvers.
