The film, titled “Vlad's Night”, promises to be a large-scale cinematic event with an impressive cast and a captivating story.

The producers have revealed that the film will be released in cinemas in the country around June 1, according to Pagina de Media.

Daniel Nuţă, playing the role of Vlad Țepeș for the third time, promises to give a memorable performance. Along with him, the cast includes: Monica Bârlădeanu, Bogdan Farcaş, Denis Ştefan, Giulia Anghelescu and George Burcea.
The story of the film “Vlad's Night” focuses on the relationship between the modern-day child, Vlad, and ruler Alexandru Ioan Cuza. In a mysterious circumstance, Cuza has the opportunity to tell the little boy a story that will influence his destiny, the producers announced.
Dorian Stan, the film's producer and co-owner of Griviţa Studio, described the film as a “popcorn movie with a lot of soul and a unique perspective on some heroes from Romanian history“. He emphasized that the project has been his dream for more than ten years and now is the time to take it to the next level and bring this story to the big screen.
Where the filming takes place
Filming for “Vlad's Night” began at the Immersive Museum of New Arts – MINA and will continue in various locations in Bucharest and in the country, including Corvinilor Castle in Hunedoara, the Bison Reserve in Hațeg and the fortresses of Enisala and Histria.
