A farmer from Botoșani county will be left without agricultural machinery after he failed to pay the installments of a lease. Also, a commune’s pasture was put up for auction due to the town hall’s accumulated debts to the water and sewerage provider. In May, the bailiff organizes auctions for the recovery of assets, in an attempt to recover debts.
According to the announcement published by the bailiff, the auction is scheduled for May 20 and concerns the goods belonging to the individual enterprise Sava D. Andrei from Draxini township, Bălușeni commune. The enforcement procedure was initiated at the request of BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions IFN SA, after the non-payment of the financial obligations assumed by the leasing contract, according to agrointel.
The most valuable item for sale is a John Deere 6155M tractor, year of manufacture 2018. The starting price of the auction is 246,535 lei, VAT included.
In addition to the tractor, the executor included in the capitalization procedure other agricultural machinery used in the farmer’s holding. The package consisting of these machines has a starting price of 129,430 lei, according to botosaninews.ro.
Pasture of Drăgușeni commune, sold
The same bailiff also manages another forced execution aimed at the local administration in Drăgușeni commune. In April, the commune’s pasture was put up for auction, for the recovery of some debts to the water and sewage supplier Apaserv.
The land is 226,547 square meters and includes a pond. The auction for the exploitation of the pasture is scheduled for May 8, and the starting price was set at 1,148,776 lei.
Drăgușeni City Hall accumulated arrears to Apaserv related to the years 2024 and 2025, and the company appealed for enforcement to recover the amounts owed.
