The Amway Tracing Tool provides unprecedented access to the scientific information, sourcing and manufacturing processes underlying select products in the Nutrilite and Artistry ranges. From the origins of ingredients to formulas, tests and packaging, the new digital platform provides a step-by-step guide to how Amway products are made, helping consumers gain more confidence and information.

Through this platform, users can discover the product creation process in five simple steps:

  1. Science: Amway traces the provenance of ingredients to raw material suppliers through rigorous scientific research and detailed documentation.
  2. ingredients: The main ingredients are carefully selected and procured, taking into account the origin and cultivation conditions.
  3. output: Products are manufactured globally through fully traceable processes, from raw materials to final packaging.
  4. Safety tests and checks: Each batch must go through rigorous testing before being released to the market. Each year, Amway performs approximately 30,000 quality tests, in addition to 12,000 to 14,000 tests performed in its dedicated packaging laboratories.
  5. Design and disposal: Packaging is carefully designed with both functionality and environmental impact in mind.

For the first time, consumers have access to transparent product information from multiple Amway brands in one unified digital platform. To begin the experience, users simply select a recommended product from a drop-down menu. Subsequently, a series of steps reveals detailed information about the product creation process, including scientific aspects, ingredients, production locations and packaging.

As users progress through the platform, an interactive map highlights where each step takes place, bringing to life the origin of ingredients and the product development process and reinforcing Amway’s commitment to clean, safe, high-quality and responsibly manufactured products.
