The results of the first session of the baccalaureate exam will be posted on Monday by 12:00 in the exam centers and online.

In accordance with Art. 5 and of art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of this data repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the results are displayed by anonymization of the name and first name of the candidate (codes).
Complaints can be filed/transmitted on the same day, between 12:00 and 18:00, including by electronic means.
Candidates contesting the initial evaluation result must complete, sign and submit/send by electronic means a standard declaration stating that they have become aware that the mark awarded as a result of the resolution of the appeal may change, as the case may be, the mark initial, by increasing or decreasing.
The display of the final results is scheduled for July 12 (in exam centers and online).
To pass the exam, a high school graduate must meet the following conditions (cumulative):
- support of all language and digital skills assessment tests;
- passing all written tests and obtaining a grade of 5 (at least) in each of them;
- obtaining at least an average of 6 in the written tests (the average of the grades obtained in the written tests).
According to the data sent by the Ministry of Education, in this exam session, 93 students from all over the country were eliminated, but there were also subject leaks and fraud attempts both in the Romanian Language and Literature, Mathematics and History test.
The topics also hit the internet shortly after the start of the history or math test on Tuesday, July 2. The topics were published by stirileprotv.ro and picked up by several central and local publications. The School Inspectorate of the Municipality of Bucharest is carrying out checks in this case reported by Edupedu.ro, according to the spokesperson of the institution, Elena Ștefan.
And in the test on Thursday, July 4, the subjects appeared in the public space before 12:00, when most high school graduates hand in their papers and leave the exam rooms.
According to the documents published by the cited source, the exam center would be in Arad county, with the number that could be “332“. The photos are taken from an exam room, and the candidate who cheats on the test appears to be in the second bank. General school inspector Marius Gondor says that the fraud is not from Arad county.
