Alexandru Rogobete, the chairman of the Health and Family Commission in the Chamber of Deputies, states that essential changes have been made to the Government Ordinance on the organization and functioning of medical offices.

The measures were taken for greater accessibility to medical services, as close to communities.
“Important news in the field of health! The Health Commission in the Chamber of Deputies has adopted essential changes to the Government Ordinance no. 124/1998 regarding the organization and functioning of medical offices. These changes come to the support of greater accessibility to medical services, closer to communities and vulnerable groups”, Announces PSD deputy Alexandru Rogobete, on his Facebook page.
The initiative will help to set up and functioning of medical offices in several locations.
“In addition to the current form of the ordinance, the Health Commission in the Chamber of Deputies has extended the legal framework for the establishment and functioning of medical offices, introducing new locations where they can activate: within the public social assistance institutions, in educational units, high schools, universities, within the legal persons, for their own employees, in the internal services Balneology within the Neuromotor Neuromotor Recovery Services Centers for adults with disabilities from the structure of public social assistance institutions, school medical offices/school dental offices within the educational units”, States the deputy Alexandru Rogobete.
These changes allow the development of the network of medical services in the proximity of the beneficiaries, “which means easier access to health care for: children and young people in the educational unitsadult persons with disabilities employed, directly at work, beneficiaries from social centers”, Stresses the chairman of the Health Commission.
