During the few days he spent in Romania, Dolănescu, aged 48, went to his father’s grave and brought him flowers. The son of the popular music performer returned to the country because he had to renew his passport and identity card.

I was no longer in Romania, because of the pandemic, then, being a deputy in Costa Rica, I stayed there to help poor people, until my mandate ended. I was in Romania for a few days and because my passport and ID card expired, I had to renew them urgently, thank you very much to those who helped me.

But I was most happy to reach my father’s grave, in the Bellu Cemetery. Dad has a cave there, worth over 10,000 euros, made of the most expensive marble. I went to the cemetery almost every day, I missed him, I pulled myself together, I brought him flowers“, declared Dragoș Dolănescu.

Dragoș Dolănescu, who was born in 1975, has been living in Costa Rica for a long time.
