The candidates who have registered for the support of the written tests of the 2025 baccalaureate exam, about 108,000 in number, 13,800 of them from previous promotions, are expected in the 447 exam centers organized throughout the country.
Candidates in previous promotions will support all evidence or, depending on the results obtained in previous sessions and recognized as such, only unpromoted evidence.
Access is allowed until 8.30 am, the halls are supervised audio-video
The samples start at 9.00, and the access of the candidates to the halls is allowed, based on a valid identity card, until the latest at 8.30. The candidates have three hours available, calculated from the moment of concluding the distribution of the topics in the examination room, to solve the requirements. “They benefit from the extension (at most two hours) the candidates who approved the request in this regard by the county commissions, in accordance with the procedure for ensuring the conditions for equalizing the chances for students with visual impairments, hearing impairments and neurodevelopment disorders ”, informs the Ministry of Education and Research.
The paper used in the written tests is only the one distributed in the exam rooms, and the candidates are allowed to use only ink or blue writing paste, while for the execution of schemes and drawings they will use black pencil. You can only use the drawing instruments only in the tests written in mathematics and geography.
It is forbidden to introduce objects such as backpacks, backpacks, bags, purses, etc.
Candidates are forbidden ”to transmit or change between them worksheets, bridges, notes or other materials that could be used to solve the topics, for communication inside or with the outside ”. Those who violate this rule will be removed from the exam, “Whether the forbidden materials/objects were used or not, regardless of whether they were introduced by them or other candidates, by teachers from the commission or by other persons and whether they received or transmitted the forbidden materials”, the prohibition is also applied for the next two sessions of the baccalaureate exam.
Candidates must know that the examination rooms are supervised audio-video during the samples, and the examination commissions make checks by survey, if irregularities are found to be verified from all the rooms of the respective examination center.
View works, available for the first time
There is also a novelty element: the possibility of visualizing the work before deciding to submit an appeal.
“Candidates may request the view of their own work/works after displaying the initial results, in accordance with the provisions of the procedure established by the National Baccalaureate Commission. When visualizing the work/works, the minor candidate must be accompanied by a parent/legal representative. The submission of the appeals is not conditioned by the visualization of the works. To the same extent, the visualization of the works does not oblige the candidate to submit the appeal ”, the ministry states. The candidates assume in writing, by a standard statement, that they have known that the note granted as a result of the resolution of the appeal can modify, as the case may be, the initial note, by growth or decrease.
The candidates will receive, at the first written test they support, codes on the basis of which they will check, either on the dedicated site, or in the list displayed at the examination center, the results on their display day, their identity data being anonymized.
It should be known that the results of the national baccalaureate examination of the anonymized candidates are displayed both on the examination page and on the sites of the school inspectorates for a period of 2 years.
Subjects and Correction Barem are published at 3 pm
A candidate is declared promoted if three conditions are fulfilled at the same time: it has supported all the evaluation of the linguistic and digital skills; obtained at least note 5 at each of the written tests; obtained at least the average 6 in the written tests (the average of the notes obtained in the written tests).
The Ministry of Education and Research has also announced the provision of a Telverde line where, in the days when written tests are held, possible irregularities can be announced. The Telverde line 0800801100 works between 8:00 and 4:00 (Except for Friday, June 13, when the operating range is between 8:00 and 14:00.
The National Center for Curriculum and Evaluation will publish the topics and the correction scale for each written test, daily, at 3 pm, on the profile site.
“The exam is important and has to give everything they can, but it does not define their value as people”
The Minister of Education and Research, Daniel David, sent a message before the written tests, urging the graduates to reflect on the words of Nelson Mandela: “I never lose. Either I win or learn! ”
“More specifically, the students transmit what I said in January, namely that the exam is important and must give everything they can, but that they do not define their value as people, but only the level of training at that time. Moreover, this level of training is reflected and incomplete, given that the evaluation is punctual and does not cover all the competences targeted by the educational process in the high school. But it is an important exam, take it seriously and wish them success! ”the minister said.
Daniel David also thanked the teachers for the effort to organize the baccalaureate exam, “Whether they have or do not have disciplines included in this exam ”, emphasizing that “It must be worked as a professional community for the benefit of children.”
“Parents tell them that it is good to show their interest and support for the participation of children in the baccalaureate exam, even to have high expectations, but they should not be formulated rigidly (” you need to … “), catastrophic (” It is a catastrophe if not …), with low tolerance (“I cannot bear”) ” Children/teachers/parents are x ”). Obviously, if expectations are not confirmed, you cannot be happy or calm, but healthy negative emotions (concern, no anxiety/panic; sadness, not depression; dissatisfaction, anger; opinions/regrets, not guilt) helps us to reorient ourselves in a plane B, for the sake of children. Be close to them in the rational way! ”, It is the exhortation of the Minister of Education and Research, addressed to parents.
