Luxury and opulence. Simona Halep, with the son of a Romanian billionaire, in Dubai

Almost a year after retiring from tennis, Simona Halep is living her life to the fullest. The former tennis player started her “season” in the United Arab Emirates, where she takes advantage of the warm and sunny days, but also the luxury of the capital city of Dubai. Our champion has a special connection with this opulent city, being the ambassador of Dubai Duty Free, the sponsor of the tennis tournament that the Romanian won in 2015 and 2020.

Simona Halep posted on Instagram photos in which she appears with Patrick Ciorcilă, the 29-year-old is the son of businessman Horia Ciorcilă, owner of a fortune of 300 million euros (24th place in the Forbes list of the richest Romanians). The 34-year-old former athlete and Patrick dined on a terrace in Dubai, where the athlete revealed that she enjoyed a famous cocktail, the brand Cipriani (80% Prosecco and 20% purified white peach puree).

The two are good friends, Simo also posting photos with the co-founder of the Sports Festival Group, who took over the image management of the former athlete at the end of last year, but also organizes events where great world champions are invited (Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf or Ronaldinho).

After the meeting with the young manager, Simona Halep took a photo in the car, revealing an important detail for the most curious: the logo of the luxury car manufacturer Lamborghini can be seen inscribed on the seat.
