“The Republic of Moldova chooses its Parliament tomorrow. Beyond being a mere democratic exercise, which will be a resilience test in the middle of a hybrid war triggered by Russia, which aims to hit people in democracy, freedom and Europe.”the minister wrote on Facebook.

Moist has stressed that, in recent weeks, press investigations have reported classic handling techniques: illegal financing for influence, propaganda networks meant to sow mistrust, cyber pressure and informational intoxication.

“The target is the delegitimation of the democratic process and the tired of society. The Kremlin relies on chaos. A democracy defends itself by the vigilance of each, by verified truth, by respected rules and by the refusal to sell their values or vote,” said Moist.

The minister also stressed that Romania and the Republic of Moldova divide the same security line and that the hybrid war does not stop at Prut.

“Security is built with our neighbors and friends. Democracy means you can choose free, and fear, lie or dirty money should not decide instead of people. For the Republic of Moldova, staying on the European path means peace, respected rights and the chance to a better future. All the citizens of the Republic of Moldova, wherever they are, will go to express their option tomorrow! ”the minister concluded.
