It was the 100th victory of Novak Djokovici in Wimbledon, being overcome in history only by Martina Navratilova (120) and Roger Federer (105). The former world leader arrived for the 17th week at the London tournament, where it was 7 times (Federer holds the record, with 8 titles).
390th success in Grand Slam tournaments
With this success, the most titled tennis player in history has a few steps up to 400 games won in Grand Slam tournaments. It has 390 victories – absolute record -, of which 99 at the Australian Open: 101 at Roland Garros, 100 at Wimbledon and 90 at the US Open.
