With this success, Sepsi OSK remains in the race for the play-offs.
The hosts opened the scoring through Marius Ştefănescu (10), from a penalty awarded easily following a duel between Cosmin Matei and Nicolae Carnat.
Ilfovenii could equalize at the end of the first half (45+1), but Andrei Dumiter missed two clear opportunities, and Adam Nemec also wasted a good chance, at the same stage.
Sepsi OSK went wild after the break, scoring three times in a quarter of an hour.
