“What exactly do I eat? I don’t eat very much. I have only one meal a day and I try to eat healthy! Never fast food or fries. I am a fan of soups, except fish, because I get very fat, but I eat soups of lentil, pumpkin, mushrooms. But I love shrimp soup. In general, I avoid the food cooked. I would eat the foiell all day, but it is a caloric bomb and very harmful to health ”, said the queen of darkness.
This acknowledges that he cannot give up the craving for sweets.
“I admit that I cannot fall asleep, if I do not eat something sweet, a little dark chocolate or sometimes I spoil myself with a chocolate candy or a cake. I’m craving sweets all the time. And sometimes I replace the table, the only one, with a sweet protein stick. I am absolutely convinced that the need for sweet I feel it because I consume a lot, everyday, with all my profession, the children … ”, she said.
