Mihai Bendeac bought two carpets from a well-known website, Temu. He paid 180 lei for one, and the other cost 240 lei.
“I said that I gave the shot, it will be some kind of promotion. They looked amazing, I hadn’t heard anything about this site. I ordered them and didn’t look when they arrived, but I thought they were taking a little longer. I completely forgot about this order, but at some point I entered the mail. I looked and it said something like they arrived in Kazakhstan”, sent Mihai Bendeac, on Instagram.
He mentioned that the rugs arrived after about two months and that he had to pick them up from easybox.
“When I opened that package, it was actually rags.”
Following this statement, Bendeac received a reply from the site.
“We would like to share with you our position on the issues at hand. We believe it is important to present a balanced perspective and take the allegations in the article very seriously. Therefore, we wish to provide additional information that may clarify the allegations in question.” Team Temu mentioned.
The company explained that people dissatisfied with the items received have the right to return within 90 days for a refund.
