A European country beloved by Romanians is among the top destinations with the best summer vacation weather, according to the latest TUI guide, based on the analysis of over 150 places in Europe.
In the TUI analysis, Turkey obtains the highest score of “ideal weather”, namely 8.70 out of 10, being considered the European destination with the most stable summer conditions for families.
The country records an average temperature of 27.57°C, light winds and minimal rainfall, which places it at the top of the ranking.
TUI describes conditions in Turkey as fair “perfect for exploring under consistently warm blue skies”, write express.

In second place is Cyprus with a score of 8.57/10, followed by Greece (7.60/10) and Portugal (7.42/10). Greece, although one of the most popular tourist destinations for Romanians, is ahead of Turkey and Cyprus in terms of summer weather stability.

Next, the ranking includes: Gibraltar (7.21), Bulgaria (6.87), Italy (6.84), Croatia (6.30), Spain (6.26) and Malta (6.09).
TUI also points out that Gibraltar has the lowest average rainfall of the summer season, at just 0.05mm, and is also approximately 2.5 hours’ flight from the UK.
“Turkey is consistently noted for its safe sunshine, making it a great option for families planning a summer holiday. For many parents, being close to everything means less stress in the heat, whether it’s the beach, the pool or activities for the kids”, said Natalie Johnson, Global Product Manager of TUI Holiday Villages.
