Once considered taboo, dating apps are now one of the main ways singles around the world find love.

The experts at Bumble say that Monday, between 8-9pm, is the best time to go online to set up a date.

Incidentally, the entire month of January is “peak dating season” on dating apps, seeing a significant increase in message volume globally on Tinder compared to the rest of the year.

“Meeting Sunday”

The largest increase occurred on the first Sunday in January, often known as “Meeting Sunday”.

If you missed it, all is not lost as Bumble has revealed peak times on its app.

Outside of Mondays at 8pm, the best times to be on the app (in the UK) would be Tuesdays at 9pm, Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 5pm, according to Bumble.

“Recent research from Bumble found that almost a quarter of Brits are more intentional about their time when it comes to dating”, said Bumble, according to Daily Mail Online.
