On Christmas Eve, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan made an unexpected appointment to head the National Agency for Public Procurement. The decision was published in the Official Gazette and concerns a position with the rank of secretary of state.
More precisely, Ilie Bolojan appointed Raluca Rogoz to the position of president of the National Agency for Public Procurement, with the rank of secretary of state.
“On the effective date of this decision, Mrs. Raluca Rogoz is appointed as president, with the rank of state secretary, of the National Agency for Public Procurement”it is stated in the document signed by the prime minister.
At the same time, by the same decision, the applicability of a previous decision regarding the institution’s management is terminated. “On the date provided for in art. 1, the provisions of art. 2 of the Prime Minister’s Decision no. 516/2025 regarding the release of Mrs. Iuliana Feclistov, upon request, from the position of president, with the rank of state secretary, of the National Agency for Public Procurement, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 1046 of November 12, 2025, ceases to be applicable”it is also mentioned in the document.
After the resignation of Iuliana Feclistov, the interim management of ANAP was ensured by Daniela Bejinariu, general director of the General Directorate for verification of the award procedure.
Who is Raluca Rogoz?
Raluca Rogoz would have been supported for this position by the Save Romania Union, a party led by Dominic Fritz, according to realitatea.net.
It should also be remembered that, during the period when Clotilde Armand was mayor of Sector 1, Raluca Rogoz held the position of head of service within the institution.
Previously, Raluca Rogoz was a parliamentary expert at the Romanian Senate, during the period when Anca Dragu, at that time USR-PLUS parliamentarian, was in charge of the upper chamber of the Parliament.
Thus, through this appointment, the party led by Dominic Fritz ends up holding the head of the National Agency for Public Procurement.
