After obtaining only one point in the last games and losing the leader’s seat in favor of the University of Craiova, Rapid climbed temporarily to the first place of the ranking on Saturday evening. Giulești, without a shot on goal for an hour, achieved a hard-fought victory against the last-placed Metaloglobus.
Costel Gâlcă’s Cherries started the year with a wild game, which produced almost nothing in front of the bottom of the ranking.
