For three generations, primary school students have been participating in the national movement “And I live healthy!” – SETS

The national movement “I live healthy too!” – SETS, initiated in 2011 by the PRAIS Foundation in partnership with Nestlé Romania, promotes balanced nutrition, physical activities, sports, and well-being among students. In the 13 years since its launch,
3 generations of students from the primary cycle were able to have access to knowledge and practical educational activities that directly contributed to the creation of their healthy lifestyle habits.

The “Mircea Sântimbreanu” Secondary School in Bucharest is one of the large educational units that have been involved in SETS since its launch, with teachers engaging hundreds of students in all the project's activities every year. the event “Over a decade together in SETS!” brought together over 1,000 talented students who sang and danced in the anniversary show, marking the success of their involvement in this national project.

The school and its team of teachers received the “Partner of Excellence” Cup and Diploma from the initiators of the national movement.

This school year, the PRAIS Foundation team is developing SETS activities in fish 145 cities and localities of 18 counties. In total, over 50,000 students from 380 primary schools they were able to have free access to rapid learning tools, educational video materials and information promoted on SETS social media platforms.

Mthe national challenge “And I live healthy! – SETS» is one of the longest-running community-based social projects from us in the country. The new learning methodologies we have created and improve every year continue to massively involve children, teachers and their families! Together with our partners, we continue this large-scale educational effort, which forms healthy lifestyle habits from childhood. In the 13 years since the launch of the SETS movement, over 460,000 of students, starting from the preparatory grades up to the 1st-4th grades, their families were able to have free access to SETS educational information and activities. The SETS methodologies created by the PRAIS Foundation team were recognized as an international good practice model, within the EPODE. The project has been awarded several times.

Since 2019, the SETS National Movement is part of the global Nestlé for Healthier Kids initiative.
